So I guess its time for an update on Mike. I’ve gotten a lot of questions lately, so here is what’s going on. Mike is in North Carolina doing some training right now, and will be back this weekend. He will be here for a bit longer, and we will take a quick trip out to see his family.
At this point in time we don’t really know when he is leaving…we also don’t know where he is going. We were talking on the phone the other night and he said that there are several places they could end up, each of them is a 50% chance…so for you math people out there is comes out to something like 650% when you add up all the different places J
Anytime someone complains or talks about how crazy this is the response is “Welcome to the Marine Corps!” Really I just fall back on the best advice I ever got from a retired marines wife to “Stand By.” I figure that they will eventually find out what is going on, but for now, we will enjoy the time he is here!
